PLAINVILLE – State Representative Shawn Dooley (R-Norfolk), in partnership with the Massachusetts Office on Disability (MOD), is pleased to announce that he will be hosting two Emergency Preparedness Seminars for Norfolk, Wrentham, and Plainville seniors and disabled citizens:

Plainville Senior Center (9 School Street, Plainville)
Norfolk and Wrentham
Tuesday, June 4th
11:00 AM-1:00 PM
Norfolk Senior Center (28 Medway Branch Road, Norfolk)
The seminars will cover how seniors and disabled citizens can find the assistance they need in times of emergency. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about the emergency response resources and procedures within their local communities and the steps that can be taken to personally prepare for emergency situations. They will also receive free courtesy “Emergency Go-Packs” from MOD. Pre-registration is available by calling either the Plainville Senior Center (508-699-7384), the Norfolk Senior Center (508-528-4430), or the Wrentham Senior Center (508-384-5425)
“Providing some of our most vulnerable citizens with the tools, training, and resources to help them in an emergency has been a focus of mine throughout my tenure as State Representative. I am thrilled that I was able to coordinate with the State to have ‘Emergency Go Packs’ provided for all who attend” said Representative Dooley.
